The Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission ("Commission") is scheduled to hold an in-person public hearing:

The Commission will convene a Public Hearing in Commission Chambers at the Commission offices located at 254 Washington Street, Fourth Floor Suite 420, in Atlanta, Georgia 30334 to receive public feedback regarding its Notices of Intent to Amend Rules Chapter 351 and Notices of Intent to Adopt Rules in Rule Chapter 351 posted on August 13, 2026.

Public attendance at the Meeting will also be available via courtesy conference call / virtual livestream. The meeting conference call/livestream will begin at or shortly after 4:00 p.m. ET and is open to the public.

Meetings are called for the Commission to conduct agenda-specific business consistent with its authority and purpose. Meetings with no proposed rule or policy typically do not provide for public feedback unless called for by the Commission. Public Hearings are held when the Commission seeks public feedback on proposals or initiatives where comments are solicited either during the meeting, or during a defined period of time following the hearing, to receive public feedback as required by law. Meetings are typically scheduled the second Wednesday of the month if there are pending Commission business matters and subject to the availability of the Commission Members.
