  The Georgia Department of Administrative Services has received a protest submitted by Trulieve, GA, Inc., on December 22, 2020. Accordingly, the procurement closing time will be extended for both Class 1 and Class 2 as the protest review process takes place and a new closing date will be provided after the Georgia Department of Administrative Services Deputy Commissioner of State Purchasing’s decision has been issued. A decision by the Deputy Commissioner is expected to be issued on or before January 22, 2020. The decision will be posted to the Commission’s website.
