Class 1 Production License Fees

Administrative Fees

$       250 Returned Check/Money Order - Processing Fee

Payment for administrative fees and production license application fees must be made by certified funds, either Cashier's Check or Money Order. Payment for dispensing license and independent laboratory fees may be made by business check. Payments should be made payable to "Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission" or due to character limit "GA Acc to Med Cannabis Commission" or "GA Med Cannabis Commission." No cash or personal checks are accepted as payment.
