Meetings are called for the Commission to conduct agenda-specific business consistent with its authority and purpose. Meetings with no proposed rule or policy typically do not provide for public feedback unless called for by the Commission. Public Hearings are held when the Commission seeks public feedback on proposals or initiatives where comments are solicited either during the meeting, or during a defined period of time following the Hearing, to hear public feedback as required by law.
